Περιγραφή Προγράμματος

The Master of Science programme in Real Estate (MRE) is the first dedicated postgraduate programme in real estate in Cyprus and Greece. The programme is tailored to the individual needs of working professionals and provides a flexible route to an advanced degree in Real Estate. The programme is delivered through face-to-face tutoring during extended weekends, once or twice a month, and through e-learning technology, which allows increased interaction between teaching staff and students.

The programme runs over a period of four terms and adopts a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to the study of real estate, which combines academic rigour with practical experience. Its curriculum is designed to significantly enhance the student’s knowledge regarding all aspects of the industry, covering a number of diverse but essential topics, such as valuation, financing, investment, development, law and management.
