The Master of Science programme in Construction Management (MCM) is the first dedicated postgraduate programme in Construction Management in Cyprus. The programme is tailored to the individual needs of working professionals and provides a flexible route to an advanced degree in Construction Management. The programme is delivered through face-to-face tutoring during extended weekends, once or twice a month, and through e-learning technology, which allows increased interaction between teaching staff and students.

The programme runs over a period of four terms and adopts a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to the study of construction management, which combines academic rigour with practical experience. The programme is intended for entry-level managers, project engineers, and related supervisory personnel who are interested in broadening their construction management knowledge base, sharpen their management acumen, and ready themselves for advancement opportunities and leadership positions within the construction industry.
